Providing colleagues across Historic England with assistance in managing projects and programmes as required and be an effective advocate for project and programme management.You will be working with programme and projects team colleagues to assist the induction of new team members.Ensure effective internal communications and information sharing across the Programme, including replying promptly to queries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating where appropriate, and contributing to any internal communications.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to proactively identify areas for quality and process improvement.Liaise with colleagues to identify and coordinate delivery against key milestones.You will facilitate the development of project and programme management documentation to ensure that Programme benefits and outcomes are identified, monitored and reported.You will be identifying, logging and escalating programme and project risks and issues.Be responsible for key tasks within the planning and delivery of projects, their budget and schedule, feeding into delivery meetings.Lead on, initiate and deliver discrete projects as settled with the Head of Emergency Funding Programme, at times with a minimum of supervision.
